Certificate Course in Fruit and Ice Carving

Simple but elegant garnishes, fruit/vegetable carvings give altogether different look and beauty to any food dish. Culinary students in general may not get proper training in the institute and always long for hands-on training from an expert.

Our institute attempts to fulfill this lacuna. Here one can learn from expert and experienced carver who has worked in 5 star hotels in India & abroad, the basic and advance skills of carving.








Tools For Carving

To hollow out a melon, the following items will be of a great help:

Saw. It works great for cutting an opening in the melon. A
serrated steak knife or even a keyhole saw will work as well.

Parisian scoop. These are sometimes called mellon ballers.

Course Duration : One Month  (20 Days), Course Fee; Rs. 5000/- only

Learn to Carve fruit, vegetable and Ice. Carving on watermelon, Papaya, tomato rose, carrot daisy flower

and many more.

Eligibility : S.S.C. Pass/Fail

Age Bar : No age limit.

Timings: 5 days a week, practical.

Admission  will   be  on  first  come  first  serve basis. Admission will be granted on the basis of personal interview. The institute conducts short courses as and when there are sufficient (minimum five) number of students. A special batch can be organised if requested by the trainee.
