Mumbai College of Hotel Management and catering technology is a non residential college. However, local and out station students are offered the choice of living in the accommodations provided by the college or living in private rented accommodation in the vicinity of the college.
Accommodation is more readily available in Mira road than in other suburbs of Mumbai and as such is reasonably priced.

Satara :
- Accommodation charges will be, excluding boarding: 1500/- pm;
- Security deposit: 3000/- Lodging charges (Rs. 1500/-pm) will be leveled for the full year.

Alibaug :
- Accommodation charges including boarding: 1500/- pm;
- Security deposit: 3000/- Lodging charges (Rs. 1500/-pm) will be leveled for the full year.
