Mumbai College of Hotel Management & Catering Technology was founded under the vision and leadership of Late Shri Shashikant Mirashi, who served as Ex CIRO (Chief Internal / Regional Officer) with the Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) before dedicating himself to building an institution committed to quality education in hospitality and hotel management. His foresight and commitment to excellence laid the foundation on which the college continues to grow across Mumbai, Alibaug, Satara, Ratnagiri and Mangaon.
