Simple but elegant garnishes, fruit/vegetable carvings give altogether different look and beauty to any food dish. Culinary students in general may not get proper training in the institute and always long for hands-on training from an expert.

Our institute attempts to fulfill this lacuna. Here one can learn from expert and experienced carver who has worked in 5 star hotels in India & abroad, the basic and advance skills of carving.

Learn to Carve fruit, vegetable and Ice. Carving on watermelon, Papaya, tomato rose, carrot daisy flower and many more.

Admission will be on first come first serve basis. Admission will be granted on the basis of personal interview. The institute conducts short courses as and when there are sufficient (minimum five) number of students. A special batch can be organised if requested by the trainee.

Course Duration : One Month (20 Days)
Timings : 5 days a week, practicals
Job Opportunities : Can work at hotels, cruise liners, catering companies, flight kitchens, malls etc. Carvers are in great demand during wedding season in India
